The initial step in home buying is to be "qualified". This is the process that the banker uses to come up with a house price maximum. There is also an effort to make the mortgage plan appropriate for your needs, and to take advantage of any bank or government programs that you might qualify for.

The widest selection of loans for most all my clients is Wells Fargo Home Mortgage at 7077 Bonneval Rd, #110. Shannon Rachal is the mortgage consultant who is available on cell 904-465-4510. Great company.

For single wide and DW mobile properties, there are very few options. But I do have a great one in Wilson Lending Group. Mr. T J Sims is of great help to me in these types of properties. His cell is 904874-1750. He is also an expert is assisting those who have credit issues.
